§ 4-1-3. Absence of police chief.

In the absence, disability, or disqualification of the police chief, the assistant police chief shall perform his duties; in case of absence, disability or disqualification of both the police chief and assistant police chief, any police officer of the city designated by the mayor shall perform his duties.
