§ 4-2-8. Workers' compensation coverage.

All volunteer firefighters performing volunteer firefighter services rendered to and on behalf of the city shall be included under the definition of "employee" for workers' compensation purposes and will be classed as municipal employees to the extent of any accidents which occur to any such firefighters while engaged in firefighting activities on behalf of the city.
