§ 6-2-1. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the sewage collection and treatment facilities, to prevent danger to life or damage to property, to promote the health, safety, and general welfare, to prohibit the introduction of storm, surface or subsurface waters into the sanitary sewers, to provide for the fair distribution of treatment costs, and to form a basis and policy for controlling wastes accepted into the sewage systems of the City of Sandersville, Georgia.
