The annual fees for the off-premises license required by section 9-2-2 shall be as fixed from time to time by the mayor and council. The fee shall accompany
the application. The license fee shall be for the calendar year and shall not be prorated.
(b)
Wholesale licenses shall be issued only to those parties who are licensed by the State
of Georgia to sell and distribute malt beverages and wine. Applications shall be made
with the city clerk. The wholesale business license fees shall be as fixed from time
to time by the mayor and council.
