§ 9-2-84. Regulations kept on premises.

All holders of a license for the sale of liquor shall keep a copy of this article in his premises and shall instruct any person working there with respect to the terms hereof and each licensee or his agents selling liquor shall at all times be familiar with the terms hereof. The licensee shall be held responsible for any acts of his employees in any violation of this article or of the laws of the State of Georgia or the rules and regulations of the Georgia Revenue Commissioner.
