§ 9-2-29. Wholesale deliveries.

(a)

Malt beverages or wine shall be received at or delivered to the premises of a retail licensee only by a conveyance owned and operated by a wholesale dealer with a state permit.

(b)

Transportation of malt beverages and wine by any other means or the delivery by the wholesaler shall be grounds for revocation of the retail license or wholesale permit.
