The Chief of Police shall promptly report, in writing to the Mayor and council, all
cases made by the Police Department involving violations of City ordinances and state
laws relating to the licensing, sale, purchase, and possession of malt beverages and
wine, and all instances, known to the Police Department, in which disturbances have
taken place in establishments where malt beverages or wine is sold under a license
issued by the City.
