Each violation of any provision of this article shall constitute an offense and every
person violating any provision of this article shall be tried in the Municipal Court
and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 1-1-8 of this Code.
(b)
Licensees violating any provision of this article may have their license revoked or
suspended pursuant to Section 9-2-7.
