  • The applicant for the license for the sale of distilled beverage(s) shall and will always comply with each and every provisions of Georgia state law as well as any local ordinances concerning compliance with planning and zoning as well as building ordinances.

    A restaurant that is making an application for the sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises can be located a distance of not less than one hundred (100) yards from a church building and not less than two hundred (200) yards from a school building or any school building, educational building, school grounds or college campus. For the purpose of this section the distance must be determined by the most direct route on the ground.
