§ 9-2-48. List of managers to be filed with Chief of Police.

Latest version.

All persons licensed hereunder shall file with the Chief of Police a list of the names of all managers of the licenses business, with home addresses, within (3) days of the effective date of the license. Changes in the managers with the names of new managers, shall be filed with the chief within three (3) days of any such notice.
