§ 9-2-49. Sale of liquor to intoxicated, etc. persons.

No licensee hereunder shall give, sell or offer to sell any alcoholic beverage to any person who is noticeably intoxicated, who is of unsound mind, or who is a habitual drunkard whose intemperate habits are known to the license holder or his agents or managers.
