Latest version.
  • No retailer shall give, sell or offer to sell any liquor to any person who is under the age at which such beverages may be legally purchased in Georgia, or who is noticeably intoxicated, or who is of unsound mind, or who is a habitual drunkard whose intemperate habits are known to said retailer.
